A Million Steps for BulliesOut!

Ginger and Tall have been working with BulliesOut for many years now and have seen their dedication and the hard work they put in to help those affected by bullying.

Bullying behaviour affects nearly half of the UKs children and young people & one in three adults at work.

It can wear down the confidence and self-esteem of a person, leaving them feeling scared, sad, lonely and isolated.

We are Stepping Out in September for BulliesOut as we believe their work is so important. They work to encourage and empower people to take positive action to keep themselves and others safe and to speak out against bullying behaviour.

They provide training programme to empower people to identify bullying behaviours in more detail, help create environments where everyone feels safe, included and supported and feel able to build positive, respectful relationships with one another.

Having someone to talk to can make a world of difference to someone who is being bullied and BulliesOut have counsellors and mentors available to offer support, guidance and encouragement and help improve mental health for all.
